Community of Practice (CoP) sessions provide structured learning and interactive discussion via videoconference. Some sessions are led by the Housing Transitions QUERI team and others feature guest speakers who are national experts in topics that are relevant for CTI practice. These sessions, which occur twice a month for seven months after intensive CTI training is complete, are an opportunity to engage and interact with other GPD staff who are implementing CTI.
